For U.S. businesses purchasing fragrance products for resale. Tell us about your business and where you sell, then provide your resale documentation for staff review.

Have your business details and completed resale certificate ready. If your business is not required to hold a sales tax registration, select that option and provide alternative evidence.

Applying is free and does not place an order. Submission does not activate wholesale pricing or sales tax exemption. EIN and annual sales are optional and are not used as proof of eligibility.

Business verification

Provide your state sales tax permit or registration number, its issuing state, and a completed resale certificate. The certificate should include your business details, registration information and signature where required. A permit number alone does not replace the certificate.

Use a resale certificate accepted under the state rules applicable to your purchases. The instructions below explain completion and state-specific acceptance. If unsure which certificate to submit, contact sales@romaparfum.com.
